Flexibility Builds Physical Wellbeing?

Muscle and joint flexibility is enhanced by stretching.

Static stretching lasting 15 to 30 seconds per stretch is the preferred method of stretching the muscles.

When stretching, start gently and stretch to a point of mild discomfort not pain. As you progress you will be able to stretch further and apply more pressure.

Stretching can be done on a daily basis. Breathe normally while stretching.

Benefit –physical wellbeing, calm alertness, energy and vitality.
