Body Balancing

Balanced energy on the left and right side of your body is vital. Close your eyes over lightly and use your imagination to feel your body. Does the left or right side of your body feel higher or lower, heavier or lighter than the other?

It is quite normal for most people to notice a difference between the left and right side of their body. We employ a very simple technique based on breathing to realign the body into perfect balance. Benefit – physical wellbeing, energy and vitality.
